Telehealth
Are you scheduled for a telehealth appointment?
We have implemented telehealth visits during COVID. It is at our providers' discretion whether or not you are scheduled for a telehealth appointment. If your insurance does not cover telehealth services, you will be scheduled for an in-person appointment.
We recently have switched over to Doximity since mid-April 2021. We will no longer be utilizing Facetime, Google Duo or Zoom. As long as you have a smart phone or smart device (if linked to text messaging), Android or Apple, the program should be compatible*. No need to download an app! However you will need an internet connection.
Doximity is HIPAA secure.
