Our providers will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the patient's condition and formulate a thorough treatment plan to be completed by the referring physician.

All of our providers are credentialed at both Alaska Regional Hospital and Providence Alaska Medical Center, providing availability for in-patient consultations as well.

We provide diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as ordered by the referring physician.

Common procedures include diagnostic discographies, treatment of acute post-op pain, kyphoplasty for compression fractures, and specific procedures for therapeutic treatment of the patient's condition.

With this referral type, we manage the patient's pain condition needs.

We will delineate the course of treatment, implement and manage the plan. This includes and is not limited to: prescribing, interventional procedures, ordering referrals, labs, and imaging pertinent to the patient's condition.
