Kelly was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She moved to Alaska in late summer of 2021 with her husband who is a general surgeon in the United States Air Force.

She attended The Juilliard School for dance after graduating high school, then moved to Waco, Texas where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Baylor University. She then moved back to Houston where she graduated with a Master of Science degree from Baylor College of Medicine’s Physician Assistant Program in 2016.

Upon graduation from PA school, Kelly worked for 4.5 years at a busy orthopedic practice in the Texas Medical Center assisting with over 700 total knee and hip replacements as well as complex revision arthroplasty surgeries per year. She has a special interest in helping patients who are in pain and is thrilled with the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of Alaskans who are experiencing chronic pain.

Kelly and her husband enjoy hiking, cycling, and playing with their dachshund and cannot wait to explore everything Alaska has to offer!
